Called B&W because of a drain clogged in the basement. Friendly person on the phone, inform me about what it would cost for the Tech to come and do a diagnostic ($118). if service is more they would take off the $118. Plumber Dave called me 15 mn before coming to let me know he was on is way. I explain to him the issue. He took his tools and rags to protect the floor. He was very knowledgeable, 30 years experience. Plumber Dave was very friendly and did a great job. the cost was $221, it could sounds expensive compare with what other say when you call but when they arrive on site they add more fees because of “non conventional” structure. once again, you pay for what you want. I will call them again next time I will have another issue.

Having had a service contract with B&W in the past, I contacted them to check on a leak in my A/C unit. They sent someone out the same day. They actually arrived early after confirming that I would be there. They renewed my Service Contract and covered the minor repair under the contract since it was a minor blockage. I have been a customer with B&W for over 20 years and I have never had a complaint with them. I’m a very happy customer

The experience I had with B&W’s HVAC department was top notch. I called on Labor Day evening when I came home to an 83 degree house without AC. I spoke with their emergency service and, within minutes, was contacted by the manager Dave to schedule a service repair.
The repairman made it to the house early the next morning but they did offer to come out that evening if needed. The AC unit is almost 10 years old, so I naturally worried that this could end up costing some cash or result in a new unit. I was relieved to learn the capacitor needed replaced. The repairman was awesome – prompt, quick, clean and thorough. We were up and running soon thereafter.
